Custom Orders & Deposits

A deposit is required to begin all custom apparel orders.
Once work has begun, all deposits become non-refundable. Work includes design setup, mockups, and printing preparation.

Rush Orders

Orders required within one (1) week or less are considered Rush Orders and are subject to a 75% rush charge on the total order. Rush charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Policy

All custom apparel is final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
Color differences between screens and printed products.
Customer-approved artwork, layouts, or mockups.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an order arrives defective due to a production error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Approved claims may be eligible for a reprint.
