DTF Printing Policy

Order Processing

All DTF (Direct-to-Film) orders begin processing once payment is received. Standard turnaround time is 1–3 business days. Rush orders must be approved prior to checkout.

Rush Orders

Any order needed within 1 business day is subject to a 75% rush fee. Rush fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Artwork & File Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork (PNG, PDF, or AI at 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds). We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution or improperly prepared files.

Color & Print Quality

Color variations may occur due to screen differences. Exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed unless requested and approved prior to printing.

Refunds & Returns

All DTF prints are custom-made and non-refundable. If an error occurs on our part, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Shipping & Pickup

We are not responsible for carrier delays. Local pickup orders must be collected within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made.

Liability Disclaimer

Responsibility transfers to the customer upon receipt. We are not liable for errors related to heat pressing, garment application, or washing care after delivery.
